Quintech Computer Systems Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join their Customer Services Department as Trainee Customer Services Technician.

This position offers an excellent base for anyone who is keen to start a career path, particularly within the IT industry.

As a Trainee Customer Services Technician you will be based mainly in our Installation Workshop. Your main duties will be Goods In deliveries, allocating system numbers, chasing outstanding deliveries against current installation schedule, printing all delivery notes for weekly installations, and general assistance between departments. In addition to this we are looking for someone who can progress quickly with a view to assisting with the preparation and installation of customer orders. As the main part of this position is receiving and registering deliveries of high value computer equipment you will need to have an organized and methodical approach to your role, with good interpersonal skills. Experience with computers is not essential but if you can show a genuine interest and desire to learn we can offer all the necessary training you need to develop.

You will need to be qualified to GCSE level, including Maths and English. A full, clean driving license will also be required. Full training and comprehensive induction course will be provided for the successful candidate.

This is a full time position based at our offices in Beckford, Nr Tewkesbury. Hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm daily with an hour lunch break, although occasional flexibility may be required. Salary range £9000 - £10500, holiday entitlement 22 days per annum.
