Configuration can be as trivial as personalising the screen view or ring tones, or as complex as computer programming will allow. Calls can be automatically directed according to rules that you devise; remote users connect over the Internet at no additional cost and different offices can operate on a single telephone system.
Handsets or headsets can either be plugged into your desktop computer or directly into the network. You no longer need to install two networks in your office and your telephone system will never become obsolete because, like any other software, it can be upgraded.
