As well as Management by Exception SAP Business One also has very strong workflow or approval proceedures as they are referred to by SAP.
This means that you can halt the progression of a business process whilst a manager approves or rejects the transaction.
For example if user A raises a Purchase Order over value X then the management team require it to be authorised by two
