Most hardware is sold with a one year warranty. Typically this will mean replacing faulty components, but will fall a long way short of returning equipment to the state it was in before the failure occurred.
Here at Quintech we go the extra mile to ensure that, as well as replacing faulty components, we return your system to how it was before the problem occurred. We not only replace hardware, but also reinstall software, reconfigure network operating settings and recover data as required
Once a hardware fault is logged on our system an engineer will usually be on site within 8 hours, and often sooner. Repair can often be effected immediately, but if we are unable to complete a repair quickly, we will lend you, at no extra cost, replacement equipment so that you can continue to operate.
