Whilst Quintech offers a bespoke IT support service that allows our customers to "mix and match" expert IT support for whatever hardware or software requires cover, we also offer a full IT support contract that encompasses all of the reactive and proactive services that Quintech offer in one package.

The Quintech Platinum Support contract ensures that your business network is covered for almost every eventuality. The contract includes: 

  •  On-Site Hardware Support - all equipment purchased through Quintech within the last five years is covered
  •  Software Support - helpline support and remote access for all software issues
  •  Pro Active Support Services (PASS) - scheduled network monitoring to check that your network is running correctly
  •  Disaster Recovery - a 10 user network in a private office for access due to disaster such as fire or flood
  •  IT Audit - hardware and software audits on request; monitoring of software licences
  •  24/7 Call Logging - send an email after hours to the support office, you might just get a reply!
