Quintech will always offer the lowest possible contention ratio (lowest number of users using the bandwidth at any one time) for your budget, which will statistically guarantee your contention ratio thus minimising fluctuations in service throughout the day.
Optional service level agreements can also be added to your package for peace of mind if an issue arises. Quintech offer full problem management and have access to fault logging and escalation teams; if your line is provisioned by Quintech we will liaise with BT Openreach on your behalf to push for resolution.
Ethernet/Leased Lines
Available at speeds from 2Mbps up to 10Gbps, our Ethernet and leased line solutions provide high performance connections for carrying voice & data traffic. Each solution has a 100% Service Level Agreement (SLA) and a choice of backup options including ADSL and SDSL.
All services are scalable above 2Mbps with the ability to increase the initial bandwidth requirement easily and quickly as business demands dictate. Quintech provide fully managed Cisco hardware as standard and provide 24/7 UK based technical support.
