We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Eloise Smith who joins the team as Technical Support Team Leader. With several years’ experience working for both external and internal customers within varying sized companies, Eloise will be invaluable in maintaining Quintech’s reputation as a leading IT Support Specialist.
Working within the Installation and Support Team, Eloise will be helping with client support requests. It’s a busy role and paramount will be providing a high level of customer service, a core value of Quintech’s.

Eloise graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2016 with a degree in Information Technology. During her studies, she spent a year working at Worcester Bosch within the IT Support team. It was here that she realised she wanted to pursue a career in IT. Since then, she has worked as an IT Support Engineer in a variety of companies and her exposure to a broad range of support desks means she brings new skills to the table at Quintech.
When asked what Eloise enjoys about IT, she says
“I love that every day is different, you never know what new queries each day will bring. Technology is continually changing and with that so is the software/hardware that we support and the issues that arise, meaning the support desk are constantly learning and improving our skills.”
